Top 5 Air Travel Apps on iOS in Belgium Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, Belgium's top air travel apps on the iOS platform showcased varied performance metrics. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps experienced fluctuations in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Ryanair maintained a steady revenue stream, generally hovering around $1K weekly, with occasional peaks at $2K. Download numbers initially increased, peaking at approximately 6.4K in early September, before declining to about 2.9K by the end of the quarter. The app's weekly active users fluctuated, starting at 23.1K and ending slightly lower at 20.7K.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker saw a consistent revenue pattern, averaging around $3.7K to $4.2K weekly, with a high of $4.9K in late July. Downloads surged to over 4K mid-quarter but tapered off to around 1.4K by the end of September. Active users showed a gradual decline from 8.4K to 8.3K over the quarter.

Brussels Airlines did not generate revenue during this period. However, downloads varied, peaking at nearly 2.8K in early September before decreasing to 1.8K by quarter's end. The app's weekly active users started at 5K, peaked at 5.6K in early September, and then fell to 4.1K in the final week.

TUI fly – Cheap flight tickets also reported zero revenue. Downloads began at 3.2K and decreased steadily to 1.7K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 4.6K and ending at 2.9K.

Lastly, Wizz Air - Book Flights did not report any revenue either. Downloads varied, reaching a high of 1.8K in mid-August before declining to 821 by the quarter's end. Weekly active users showed a peak of 5.9K in mid-August, ending the quarter at 4.6K.
